Dear College Community,

The transition to the Banner Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system continues to move along and requires changes to SRJC's curricular routines and timelines. As such, please note that SRJC's Student Information System (SIS) is not available for any new curriculum work by Departments as of May 24, 2025.

This blackout period is required to facilitate a smooth transmission of curricular data from SIS into our new system. During this transition, SIS will no longer be available for revising or developing curriculum. The new system for curriculum development is scheduled to be available in the coming fall semester. Information about trainings/workshops to support users with the new system will be sent once they have been scheduled and confirmed.

We recognize the challenges presented by this necessary blackout period; the Curriculum Office will communicate updates and details regarding the transition from SIS to the new system as soon as possible. 

The GE and UC submission timelines are impacted by this blackout as well, so please reach out directly to Articulation Officer Kate Blackwell, if you have questions about GE or UC submissions.
