April 1, 2026 - Today marks an important milestone for SRJC—the Bear Cub Hub is now live for students, and all systems have been fully restored.

March 23, 2026 - Access to Bear Cub Hub begins today, Monday, March 23. This early access is intended to give employees time to become familiar with the platform ahead of the student launch on April 1.

December 18, 2025, To support clear, consistent communication along the way, I’m pleased to share that we’ve launched a new Student Information System webpage.

December 8, 2025 - We remain on track for Banner to support Priority Registration beginning April 19, 2026.

July 23, 2025 - Please note that SRJC's Student Information System (SIS) is not available for any new curriculum work by Departments as of May 24, 2025.

May 23, 2025 - After careful evaluation and ongoing consultation with our implementation partners and internal teams, we’ve made the decision to further adjust the go-live date to Summer/Fall 2026.

February 10, 2025 - As we assess the system in the final stages of our implementation plan, it has become clear that it is not yet ready for a successful launch. To ensure a smooth rollout, additional time is needed for thorough testing, training, and issue resolution. As a result, we have made the difficult but necessary decision to delay the launch until Spring 2026.

September 13, 2023 - Banner was selected as the District’s new SIS and is expected to be fully implemented in Summer 2025.
