What is the Difference between Bear Cub Hub and Banner?

Bear Cub Hub and Banner are often used interchangeably, but they serve completely different functions. Banner is a database that stores and organizes our student information. Bear Cub Hub is the user interface that enables us to access information in Banner. The graphic below illustrates the different functions of these tools.
