April 17, 2026 - Summer priority registration begins on Monday, 4/20/26 for students in the first priority group, and runs through May 7th (Open Registration). 

April 8, 2026, Your Summer Priority Registration status will be available in your Bear Cub Hub account, under the "Time Ticket" section on the student profile page, beginning the week of April 13.

April 1, 2026 - the Bear Cub Hub is now live, and all systems are back online. Starting today, Bear Cub Hub becomes your new home base at SRJC.

March 31, 2026- Yesterday, you received an email in error indicating that the Bear Cub Hub was open. Please disregard that message. The Bear Cub Hub will open on Wednesday, April 1. In preparation, we will be completing a critical system update necessary to support the transition to the new system and the official launch of the Bear Cub Hub.

March 23, 2026 - Your new SRJC Student ID (SID) number has been sent. Please look for an email from auto-reply-studentinfo@santarosa.edu.

March 12, 2026 - On April 1, SRJC will launch Bear Cub Hub, our new student portal that will bring registration, financial aid, student payments, and other services together in one place. As we get closer to launch, here are a few important updates to help you prepare.

February 19, 2026 - As SRJC transitions to a new student information system, known as Banner, you will soon have access to new tools and resources to support your academic journey. Here are the top four most important things to know right now regarding this transition:

February 6, 2025 - SRJC is now using your @bearcubs email account to send important information you will need to register for classes and access resources this semester and beyond.

January 5, 2026 - Classes start Monday, so please make sure you are prepared and can access your Bear Cub email address.
