Dear SRJC Students,
Yesterday, you received an email in error indicating that the Bear Cub Hub was open. Please disregard that message.
The Bear Cub Hub will open on Wednesday, April 1. In preparation, we will be completing a critical system update necessary to support the transition to the new system and the official launch of the Bear Cub Hub.
Outage Window:
Tuesday, March 31 at 6:00 PM – Wednesday, April 1 at 6:00 AM
During this time, the following systems will be unavailable:
- Student Portal
- Canvas
- Single Sign-On (SSO) applications
We understand that this update is being shared on short notice and may impact your plans. This timing is necessary to ensure a smoother, more reliable transition to the new system and minimize disruptions moving forward.
If possible, we encourage you to complete any time-sensitive work before the outage begins.
