Your new SRJC Student ID (SID) number has been sent. Please look for an email from auto-reply-studentinfo@santarosa.edu. Your SID number was sent to both your personal email address and your @bearcubs email account. Check your spam or junk folders if you do not see it. 

Once you have your new SID, please save it in a secure location. You will need it to access the new student portal, Bear Cub Hub, when it launches on April 1, as well as Canvas and other SRJC systems moving forward. 

PASSWORD/PIN  

Your current portal PIN code/password will carry over to the new system, and you do not need to change it. If you do not know or remember your PIN code/password, visit the Login Help Page, select “Student SRJC Pin Code,” and follow the prompts. As a reminder, you do not need to get a new student ID card as part of this transition.   

If you have not received your SID number, allow some time for delivery as emails are being sent in batches. If you still do not see it or need additional assistance, please contact or visit the Welcome and Connect Centers at the Santa Rosa, Petaluma, or Roseland campuses.
