Dear SRJC Community,

Today marks an important milestone for SRJC—the Bear Cub Hub is now live for students, and all systems have been fully restored. Thank you for your patience and flexibility during yesterday’s outage and communications as we worked to support a successful launch.

This milestone reflects years of collaborative work across the District. We are grateful to the many teams whose dedication and expertise made the Bear Cub Hub possible and continue to strengthen how our systems support the college community.

Bear Cub Hub now serves as a central point of access for key systems and services across the District, designed to simplify the user experience, improve access to information, and better connect our community to the resources they need.

This is also just the beginning. The launch of the Bear Cub Hub represents the first phase of the broader Banner ecosystem. Additional enhancements and functionality will continue to be introduced over time as we build toward a more integrated, modern experience for the entire District.

As students begin to log in and explore, your support will play an important role in helping them navigate this transition. Students will need their new SRJC Student ID (SID) number to access the Bear Cub Hub. These SIDs were sent to students’ personal and @bearcubs email addresses beginning March 23. As registration nears, additional efforts are underway to provide training and resources on how to access and use the platform.

Quick guides and tutorials are available for students and faculty on the sis.santarosa.edu website, including a Registration and Records guide for students, and more.

If you have questions, please read the FAQ page. If you still have a question, you can submit it there.

Students who need assistance should be directed to the Welcome & Connect Centers. Resources are available over the phone or in person at the Santa Rosa, Petaluma, and Roseland campuses.

Thank you again for your partnership and for the work that made this milestone possible.

Molly and Robert
