Great news—the Bear Cub Hub is now live, and all systems are back online.
We appreciate your patience and understanding following yesterday’s outage and earlier message. Thank you for bearing with us as we worked to ensure a smooth and reliable launch.
Starting today, Bear Cub Hub becomes your new home base at SRJC. Everything you need is now in one place, designed to make it easier to stay organized, access what you need, and stay on track. Access will continue rolling out over the next few days.
Over the past several months, you’ve received updates and your new Student ID (SID) number to get ready. Now it’s time to log in and see it in action.
Inside Bear Cub Hub, you can:
- Access your classes
- View your schedule and registration details
- View and manage your fees, payments, and financial aid
- View your education plan
- Find resources and services to support your success
- Stay up to date on important information and next steps
Getting started:
- Go to santarosa.edu
Select “Bear Cub Hub” from the LOGIN drop-down menu
Use your new SRJC SID number (Sxxxxxxxx) and your existing password/PIN.
Take the time to log in and explore. Click around. Get familiar. The more you use Bear Cub Hub now, the easier it will be to manage it when you need it most.
As you navigate around the site, you will notice that some cards are not yet fully active. In some cases, functionality is still being finalized. In others, the service within the card is not yet open. For example, registration features will not be accessible until registration opens. Additional components will continue to come online in the coming weeks.

If you are trying to sign up for SPRING 2026 classes, use the legacy portal and either your legacy student ID or your new Student ID (either will work for Spring 2026 registration).
